He has served in CFO and interim finance leadership roles at organizations ranging from $8M to $200M+ in annual revenue, participated in more than 10 acquisitions totaling over $100M in revenue, guided several organizational mergers, and advised on business sales totaling $25M. His experience spans HVAC, manufacturing, lawn maintenance, urgent care, and affordable housing development, often stepping into distressed and understaffed finance functions to stabilize operations others could not.
